  1. Step 01

    Work through the modules

    Each belt is a run of modules: HD slides, worked examples and quizzes that tell you whether you kept up. The quizzes are practice, not the exam.

    Sit the final exam

    When the sections are done, the final exam is the next step on your dashboard. Multiple choice, online, with no clock running. Green and Black serve a fresh set from a larger bank each sitting.

    Score 70% to pass

    Graded on the server the moment you submit, then every answer is shown back with its explanation. Short of the mark, you can sit it again 24 hours later. Your course progress is kept.

    A pass issues a certificate with its own ID and a QR code that opens the public record. White and Yellow need the exam. Green and Black also need a capstone project, reviewed at five tollgates.

  • Are SigmaForge certifications recognized by employers?

    The curriculum is aligned to the Bodies of Knowledge of ASQ, CSSC, IASSC and IQF, the four Lean Six Sigma bodies employers know. SigmaForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Every certificate can be checked by its ID.

  • How long can I use the course?

    Once you are enrolled the course stays in your account. Come back to any section, and to SigmaTutor, whenever you need to.

  • Is there a final exam?

    Yes, at every belt. It is online, graded on the server and not timed. You need 70% to pass, with 3 attempts 24 hours apart, and the exam opens again 7 days after a third. Green and Black also require a capstone project.

  • Can I move up from one belt to the next?

    Yes. The belts build on each other, and once you hold one you can request enrollment in the next.

  • How can an employer verify my certificate?

    Every certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can confirm it free at sigmaforge.ai/verify, with no account.

  • Do you enroll teams, or work with universities?

    Yes. Contact us about team enrollment, the enterprise workspace, or a university course.
