A Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over three decades of executive leadership across medical devices, renewable energy, and high-tech sectors, Raju has driven product innovation and operational excellence on a global scale. His career includes senior leadership roles at Dexcom, Leica Biosystems, CareFusion, Kyocera, Denso, and Motorola, where he witnessed the birth and evolution of Six Sigma alongside pioneers Bill Smith and Dr. Mikel Harry. Holding an M.S. in Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from FIU, Raju founded SigmaForge to modernize and democratize Lean Six Sigma into an intelligent, AI native Operational Excellence platform engineered to deliver measurable business outcomes with rigorous financial validation.
