From first module to certificate
Work through the modules
Each belt is split into modules with AI-guided slides, worked examples, and a short quiz at the end of every module. The quizzes confirm you are ready to move on — they are not the final exam.
Sit the timed final exam
When you complete the modules, the final exam unlocks. It is a timed online exam with scenario-based questions drawn from the full Body of Knowledge for that belt — server-scored the moment you submit.
Earn 70% to pass
A score of 70% or higher earns the certification. Fall short and you can retake the exam after a 24-hour cooldown — your course progress is preserved, so you only re-sit the exam, not the coursework.
Get your verifiable certificate
On passing, the platform automatically issues a uniquely numbered certificate (e.g. WB-2026-0007) with a QR code anyone can check at sigmaforge.ai/verify — and an Add-to-LinkedIn button. Green and Black Belts also require an assessed DMAIC capstone project.
Exam integrity
Exams are timed, drawn from a server-side question bank, and scored server-side the moment you submit — answers and scoring never run in your browser. Attempt limits and cooldowns protect the credential's integrity, and Green and Black Belt certifications additionally require an individually assessed DMAIC capstone project, so the certificate reflects demonstrated practice, not just recall. Reasonable accommodations are available on request — contact us before your exam date.
Retakes
Did not reach 70%? You get three attempts with a 24-hour cooldown between them, and further retakes unlock after a 7-day break. Your module progress is saved, so a retake re-sits only the exam — never the coursework. We recommend reviewing the modules and your CertiAI™ weak-area drills before sitting again.
Refunds
One-time course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase under our satisfaction guarantee, provided no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days if no content has been accessed. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
